François has a Master in Aeronautics Engineering, he holds an MBA and a Master Black Belt Six Sigma. He was successively head of production engineering for Safran Aero Booster, Project Manager at Husky Injection Molding Systems in the Middle East, before joining the ArcelorMittal group for a long career as Production Manager of the Belval rolling mill and then of Manager in charge of the Process Excellence department for long products in Europe and North Africa.
